Scope of service
• Inspections are visual, non-invasive, and limited to the scope of the contract.
• The future condition of the property is not guaranteed.
• No hidden, latent, or non-visible defects are detected.
No professional relationship
• The service does not constitute legal, technical, engineering, or construction advice.
• The client is responsible for hiring licensed professionals when necessary.
Using the report
• Reports are exclusively for the contracting client.
• They may not be modified, reused, or redistributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
• Summit Premier Inspections shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the value of the service paid for.
Jurisdiction
• Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah, unless otherwise specified by contract.
